- We use customized design software made especially for designing Metal Stamping Dies, Inspection Gages, CMM Fixtures, etc.
- Intense internal Design Review process
- We keep our customers involved in the design review process and communicate very well with them throughout the entire design process. We believe they need to be satisfied with the design before it is built.
- We design our dies with the maintenance of the tool in mind. We design them to be friendly to work on in the press.
- We design and build many dies, gages and fixtures that other shops won't even quote.
- Updated CAD files are supplied with completed jobs.
