Qualifications include:
- Honest and Trustworthy Person
- Self motivated individual with strong work ethics
- Education and experience in quality management
- Knowledge of SPC, GD&T, Blueprint Reading, ISO Standards
- Knowledge of Metal Stampings and Machined Components Geometrical tolerances
- Must appreciate and live by Die Concepts values
Responsibilities will include:
- Work with engineering and agree upon inspection procedures
- Write inspection procedures and teach them to machine operators
- Do programming for CNC Vision System and CNC CMM Machine
- Complete PPAP's for Metal Stampings and CNC Machined Parts
- Do corrective actions on non-conforming parts
- Monitor the effectiveness of the quality procedures
- Identify and take action on continuous improvements
