Die Concepts, Inc. is all about service. We offer many services in addition to the services on other pages of our site such as:
- Small Hole Drilling - We can drill holes as small as .011 inch through hardened tool steel or any other type of metal.
- Broken Tap Removal - Don't swear at those broken taps, drills etc. Just send them to us and we will dissintegrate them for you.
- Tool Maintenance and Sharpening of dies. We will sharpen your die, try it out in our press and ship it back to you in a very short time period. We understand how important it is to keep your presses running and producing parts.
- Spare Components - We will produce spare components for you.
- Reverse Engineer broken or worn components and produce new parts for you.
- Trouble shooting and de-bug of dies - Do you have a die that won't run or produce quality parts consistently? We will assess the die and give you the most cost effective solution to solve your problem.
- Pick up and delivery. We will either pick up and deliver your die to you or make arrangements to have it picked up and delivered - which ever makes the most economical sense in the given circumstaces.
